FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: three methods are claimed for forming a woven multilayer shell with different inner and outer diameters, and when forming the thickness of the shell, not only the technique is used, according to which, as the diameter of each of the layers increases in the layer reinforcement scheme, the number of axial warp threads increased proportionally to the increase in the layer diameter and the radial warp threads separating them, but also the technique, according to which threads of different linear density, which varies proportionally to the change in the layer diameter, are included in the reinforcement scheme of the layers, in order to obtain products from composite materials with higher strength in the axial direction from the outside surface of the product based on them and the product as a whole, without reducing the productivity of their formation.
EFFECT: improved characteristics.
