SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless data transmission, namely, to transmission of information by means of a terminal. To implement the technical result, the terminal sends a first message to the RAN object, containing the first identifier and the information related to the UE, in order to send the second message to the UPF object via the RAN object and to send the information related to the UE to the control plane object via the UPF object after identifying the first identifier in the second message via the UPF object, and then to send the information related to the UE to the PCF object via the SMF object. The second message therein contains the first identifier and the information related to the UE.
EFFECT: provided is possibility for the terminal to transmit information related to the UE to the PCF object of the core network via the user plane, improving control of the terminal by means of the core network.
