SPECIFYING SPATIAL CONNECTION OF SEVERAL CARRIERS FOR RESOURCES OF SEMI-PERSISTENT PROBING REFERENCE SIGNAL (SP-SRS) Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC H04B7/06

Abstract RU 2752256 C1

FIELD: wireless communication.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication networks and in particular to the effective configuration of spatial connections for reference signal resources (RS) used in communication between user equipment (UE) and a network node in a wireless communication network. The technical result is an increase in the efficiency of using both the available transmission power and the available bandwidth. The result is achieved by sending one or more control messages to the UE containing the configuration of a set of RS resources associated with a specific part of the bandwidth (BWP) of a specific component carrier (CC) in the network. The embodiments also contain a step at which an additional control message is sent to the UE containing the identification of at least one RS resource from the set of RS resources to be activated or deactivated. An additional control message may also contain, for each identified RS resource, an indication of the spatial relationship of the RS resource with an additional resource that is not associated with the specified specific BWP of the specified specific CC.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the efficiency of using both the available transmission power and the available bandwidth.
