SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydro-pneumatic pumps and engines and can be used in mechanical engineering. The rotary plate machine contains one radially movable plate in the through groove of the rotor, located eccentrically in a non-circular cavity of the housing, where cavities with rolling bodies installed in them, fixed in separators, and grooves with elastically compressed seals placed in them are made in the rotor groove, and the rolling bodies are in contact with the rolling surface in the rotor and with the plate.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in friction, a reduction in leaks and, as a result, an increase in the efficiency of the rotary plate machine.
