SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light curing compositions used as dental filling and restorative materials. Proposed is a light curing composition containing a polymerisable monomer component (A) selected from (meth)acrylic compounds, an inorganic filler component (B) with an average particle diameter of 0.07 mcm or more, an organic-inorganic filler (C) containing an inorganic filler component (C1) and an organic polymer component (C2) in a ratio of 70:30 to 95:5 and with an average particle diameter of 0.5 mcm or more, and a photopolymerisation activator (D), wherein said inorganic filler component (B) and said organic-inorganic composite filler component (C) are comprised in a total amount of 100 to 1500 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the polymerisable monomer component (A), and the polymerisable monomer component (A), 90 wt.% or more of the inorganic filler component (B) and 90 wt.% or more of the organic-inorganic composite filler component (C) are selected so as to comply with specific conditions. Also proposed are a variant of the light curing composition and a dental restorative filler.

EFFECT: technical result is the proposed light curing composition providing large curing depth, effective polymerisation even in a deep cavity and the appearance of the cured mass corresponding with the appearance of natural teeth.
