SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns a dental curable composition, a method for its preparation and dental filling material based on it. The method for preparing the composition includes mixing polymerizable monomer (A), spherical filler (B) with an average diameter of primary particles from 230 to 290 nm; spherical filler (C) with an average diameter of primary particles from 150 to 350 nm having an average diameter of primary particles different from the diameter of spherical filler (B), and polymerization initiator (D). Fillers (B) and (C) are spherical particles of composite oxide based on silicon dioxide-oxide of a titanium group element; wherein 90% or more of particles that make up each of filler (B) and filler (C) have a diameter in the range of ±5% of the average diameter of primary particles. Polymerizable monomer (A) includes a set (meth)acrylic compounds. The refractive index of monomer (A) at 25°C is from 1.38 to 1.55; of fillers (B) and (C) - from 1.45 to 1.58 at 25°C. Monomer (A) and fillers (B) and (C) satisfy following conditions: nP<nF_B and nP<nF_C, where nP is the refractive index of polymer obtained by polymerization of monomer (A) measured at 25°C; nF_B is the refractive index of filler (B) at 25°C; nF_C is the refractive index of filler (C) at 25°C. At the same time, the difference between nFB and nFC indicators and nP indicator is from 0.001 to 0.015. Dental filling material consists of the dental curable composition of the above-mentioned content.

EFFECT: composition can have a well-regulated shade of color without the use of dye, pigment, etc. and provides the convenience of application and aesthetics of dental filling material formed from it, the use of which provides filling, as a result of which the appearance of the formed cured product coincides with the appearance of natural teeth.
