Abstract RU 2726375 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to embodiments of a dental curable composition and to a dental restorative material based thereon. Disclosed dental curable composition contains a polymerisable monomer (A), a composite filler (B) based on organic and inorganic materials and a polymerisation initiator (C). Composite filler (B) comprises matrix (b1) of organic polymer and inorganic filler (b2) consisting of spherical particles, in which average size of primary particles is from 230 to 1000 nm, wherein 90 % or more of the number of individual particles which make inorganic filler (b2) have a size in a range limited by values making 5 % more and 5 % less than the average size of primary particles. Formula 1 is satisfied: nP < nFb2, in which nP is the refraction index at 25 °C from polymer obtained from polymerisable monomer (A), nFb2 is the refraction index at 25 °C of inorganic filler (b2) consisting of spherical particles. Refractive index of the polymerisable monomer (A) at 25 °C ranges from 1.38 to 1.55. Inorganic filler (b2) is spherical particles of composite oxide based on oxide of silicon-oxide element of titanium subgroup. Refractive index (25 °C) of inorganic filler (b2) ranges from 1.45 to 1.58. Difference between measured at 25 °C refraction index of the polymer obtained from the polymerisable monomer (A), and the refractive index of the matrix (b1) of the organic polymer measured at 25 °C is 0.005 or less. For one version of composition formula 2 is additionally executed: nMb1 < nFb2, where nMb1 is refraction index at 25 °C from matrix (b1) of organic polymer. For another embodiment of the composition, the maximum reflecting power obtained by measuring the spectral reflectivity of the cured product, containing a layer of a curable composition with thickness of 1 mm, using a differential colorimeter on a black background, has a wavelength in range of 550 to 770 nm.

EFFECT: disclosed is a dental filling material consisting of one of the embodiments of the above dental curable composition and providing a high degree of convenience, aesthetics and similar properties.
