Abstract RU 2793849 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of materials for dentistry, namely for the restoration of teeth, and concerns a dental composite material and a curable composition for its production, as well as a filling material based on such a composite material and a method for obtaining the above curable composition. The composite material contains a polymer matrix and inorganic particles dispersed in it, and these particles include one or more groups of spherical particles with the same particle diameter (G-PID), which are formed by a set of particles having a given average diameter of primary particles in the range from 100 to 1000 nm, a narrow range of particle size distribution and a lower refractive index than the polymer matrix, and a group of fine particles (G-SFP) formed by particles with an average primary particle diameter of less than 100 nm. The polymer matrix is a cured product of at least one type of (meth)acrylic compound. Refractive index of the cured product at 25°C is from 1.40 to 1.57. The particles forming the G-PID are composite oxide particles based on oxides of elements of the silicon-titanium group, which have a refractive index at 25°C from 1.45 to 1.58, while the particles that make up all the G-PID groups contained in the polymer matrix have an ordered structure, which is a short-range order structure that meets specific requirements. The total content of the G-PID group with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polymer matrix is from 100 to 800 parts by weight, and the content of the G-SFP group with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polymer matrix is from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight. The curable composition for obtaining the above composite material contains a polymerizable monomer, inorganic particles and a polymerization initiator, where the polymerizable monomer is a (meth)acrylic compound, and the polymerizable monomer at 25° and before curing has a refractive index of 1.38 to 1.55, and inorganic particles include G-PID and G-SFP with the above characteristics. The method for producing the said curable composition includes the stage of mixing the above polymerizable monomer, inorganic particles and the polymerization initiator, wherein the stage of mixing adopts mixing conditions under which, for the mixture obtained at this stage, it is confirmed that the dispersed state of the inorganic particles in the cured product obtained when curing the mixture meets specific requirements. A dental filling material is also provided, which is formed from the above composite material.

EFFECT: when using the group of inventions, the appearance of the restored teeth can be restored close to the appearance of natural teeth, since the cured product can be dyed in the desired color tones in a wide range and does not discolor over time.
