To increase the speed of the thermoelement control process and increase the speed of machining details on CNC machines, the thermoelement control device contains a temperature sensor in the cutting zone, a product feed rate sensor, a cutting speed sensor, a part, a tailstock, a headstock, a cutting plate, a box with a Rose's alloy, a Peltier element, a holder, a power source, a DC generator containing a resistor, a bipolar transistor, an operational amplifier, a potentiometer, a programmable logic integrated circuit, consisting of a current-to-voltage conversion unit and a current calculation unit, a computer. The thermoelement control method calculates the current strength to control the cooling of the cutting plate using the Peltier element.

EFFECT: invention increases the speed of the thermoelement control process and increase the speed of machining details on CNC machines.
