A method for information interaction of a low-mobility passenger with a public vehicle at public transport stops during the identification and location of public transport vehicles by passengers, which is implemented using radio modules and sound beacons installed on vehicles, as well as user devices worn by citizens. At predetermined intervals, the radio modules broadcast data packets containing codes corresponding to information about the type of vehicle on which the radio module is installed, about its suitability for transporting passengers with various disabilities of the musculoskeletal system, the number of its current route and the name of the last stop in this direction of travel. And in each wearable device of the user, information is entered about the types of all city vehicles, about their suitability for transporting passengers with various disabilities of the musculoskeletal system, about all their routes.
EFFECT: invention provides accelerated receipt by the passenger of information about the vehicle he or she needs.
