FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. The upper jaw ridge is resected. Move and strengthen the septal cartilage in the middle position. Correction of curved sections of the middle and posterior sections of the nasal septum is performed. The base of the septal cartilage is separated from the nasal spine and the ridge of the upper jaw. The ridge is processed by removing the bone protrusions protruding into the nasal cavity. A groove is formed along the median line. Then the caudal cartilage is straightened. After that, the cartilage takes a median position. The lower edge of the cartilage is modeled and installed in the formed groove like a lock. Strengthen with bone-cartilaginous suture.
EFFECT: invention allows creating stable support of the caudal part of the nose to restore nasal breathing.
