SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to endoscopic rhinosurgery, and can be used for endoscopic septoplasty. Preoperative computed tomography (CT) of paranasal sinuses is performed in patient's prone position and subsequent septoplasty. During septoplasty, the caudal portion of the nasal septum is incised, the mucoperichondria are separated on the side of the incision, the cartilage is dissected, and perichars and periostress are peeled off on the opposite side, and deformation is eliminated. After the preoperative CT, the patient is placed in the same position on the operating table in the electromagnetic field of the navigation system and recorded in the navigation system. Septoplasty is performed by determining the height and length of osteochondral deformation under the control of the navigation system.

EFFECT: method provides minimal, accurate and effective resection of deformed areas of osteochondral frame by performing septoplasty under control of navigation system.
