FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The device consists of separate flywheels (1, 2, 3) made in the form of disks of equal strength. The disks are connected to each other by a damping device. Rollers (4, 5) are located evenly along the circumference of the disks, placed in grooves made in the cavity of the disks (6). The rollers interact with shaped springs (7) installed between them with a progressive characteristic.
EFFECT: possibility of regulating the value of the inertial mass of the flywheel and damping torsional vibrations is achieved.
