FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, namely to materials for the production of ceramic proppants of medium and low density, intended for use as wedging agents in the production of oil or gas by hydraulic fracturing - HF. Charge for the production of magnesia-quartz proppant contains 15-35 wt.% of MgO in its composition, and it is a mixture of a magnesium silicate component and natural silica sand crushed to a fraction of less than 100 mcm. The magnesium silicate component is unburned antigorite crushed stone of the Kochkar deposit with a content of 83-87 wt.% of antigorite. Sand of the Bochkarikhinsky deposit is used as silica natural sand.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is an increase in the reduction coefficient of proppant, which characterizes the elasticity of calcined granules, while maintaining necessary strength characteristics.
