FIELD: veterinary medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to veterinary medicine, namely to visual diagnostics, it can be used for study of spinal column neoplasms in dogs using magnetic resonance imaging. The magnetic resonance imaging of a spinal column segment determined during neurological examination is carried out. The study is carried out in following modes: T2-VI with a cut thickness of 2-3 mm, MYELO in static and dynamic mode, STIR with a cut thickness of 2-3 mm, T1-VI with a cut thickness of 2-3 mm, T1-VI with a contrast, Subtract with a cut thickness of 2-3 mm and FLAIR with a cut thickness of 3 mm.
EFFECT: method provides for a study of spinal column neoplasms in dogs due to a combination of modes of magnetic resonance imaging.
