SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for heating an aerosol-forming material in order to vaporize at least one component of this material to produce an aerosol, a system for providing an aerosol, and a method for using the device. The device comprises a housing having a first opening and a chamber containing the first and second sections, so that when used through the first opening, a disposable product that contains an aerosol-forming material can be inserted into the first section of the chamber. The device also contains a heating device located in the housing, made with the possibility of heating the aerosol-forming material, when being used located in the first section of the chamber to generate an aerosol flow. The second section of the chamber is located upstream of the first section of the chamber and is designed to receive a second disposable product that contains a flavor.

EFFECT: possibility of improved mixing of the flavoring agent with heated components from the aerosol-generating material is provided due to the flow of the flavoring agent in the axial direction along the entire length of the first consumable product.
