FIELD: smoking accessories.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tobacco products, in particular to products of the type “to heat, but not to burn” and devices for heating without burning. The heated product for aerosol generation contains an aerosol-forming material and a filter with one or more destructible capsules. The aerosol-forming material contains a substance for the production of aerosol in an amount of at least 10 wt. %, relative to the total weight of the material for the production of aerosol. The capsule has a core-shell structure. The core contains a liquid, and it is enclosed in a shell containing 5-60 wt. %, of the total weight of the capsule shell of carrageenan as a gel-forming agent and has a melting point of at least 30°C. The product is designed in such a way that when heated without burning the aerosol-forming material, the capsule is affected by a temperature of about 30-100°C. During this action, the structural integrity of the capsule is not violated, so that the capsule can be destroyed by the user before heating, during heating or after heating. A device for heating without burning is claimed.

EFFECT: reduction in the probability of failure or premature rupture of the capsule.
