SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device for vaporizing an aerosol-forming material and a system for generating an aerosol stream for inhalation by the user. The device for vaporizing the aerosol-forming material contains a chamber for arranging the aerosol-forming material in it, the first heating means located around the outer surface of the specified chamber for evaporation when using the aerosol-forming material contained in the chamber to form steam and/or aerosol, and the second heating means for heating the incoming air flow, which, when used, enters the device when the user inhales through the system containing the device, before this air flow passes through the aerosol-forming material. In the second heating means there is a device for directing the incoming air to flow in the immediate vicinity of the heated surface of the second heating means. The first heating means and the second heating means are located coaxially and at an axial distance from each other.

EFFECT: preheating of the air flow is provided before it enters the heating chamber.
