SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to rotary drilling systems for drilling inclined wells. A drilling arrangement for use in drilling a well contains a steering device containing a tilt device and an actuating device. The tilt device connects the first section and the second section of the specified drilling arrangement. The first section is attached to a drill bit, and the specified actuating device causes the tilt device to tilt, causing the first section connected to the drill bit to tilt relatively to the second section in the selected direction during rotation of the steering device.
EFFECT: process of replacing the drill bit is facilitated.
