FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to cosmetology and plastic surgery. In sterile conditions, tumescent anesthesia is performed. Then, using a dermatological cannula for subcutaneous injections with a length of 90-110 mm and a size of 19G with a lateral opening at the end section, a mechanical dissection of fibrous strands penetrating the subcutaneous fat is performed without fat aspiration. Using a neodymium laser with the parameters: the diameter of the collimated lens is 5 mm, the power is 41 J/cm2, the pulse frequency is 2 Hz, the pulse duration is 600 microseconds, the treated tissues are heated using the non-contact method, after the procedure the patient spends 3 days in compression postoperative underwear, on the 4th, 8th, 12th day, the heating is repeated using a neodymium laser with parameters similar to those used earlier.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to smooth the skin relief in the thighs and buttocks, improve blood circulation of the lower extremities, increase the local temperature in the areas that were treated, reduce swelling of the shins, change the color of the skin of the thighs and buttocks from pale yellow for pink.
