FIELD: dust collection.

SUBSTANCE: flushing system of a bag hose dust collector with hose damage protection includes a pulse valve connected with an exhaust pipe. A chamber for clean gas is made inside the casing, wherein a flushing pipe is installed whereon a nozzle is provided. A connecting apparatus for hinged connection is provided between one end of the flushing pipe and the inner wall of the housing, and the other end of the pipe extends from the housing and connects with the exhaust pipe via a flexible branch pipe. A flushing hole is made on the housing. An adjusting gap is provided between the flushing pipe and the hole, and a sealing plate is installed on the flushing pipe, rigidly connected with the housing. According to the invention, the flushing pipe is adjusted so that the nozzle of the flushing pipe is coaxial with the hose, followed by attaching both ends of the flushing pipe separately and adapting to deviations of the coaxial connection between the flushing and discharge pipes by means of a flexible pipe after adjusting the coaxial alignment of the nozzle and the hose.

EFFECT: simplicity of design and implementation related to installation of the nozzle coaxially with the hose.
