FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions includes a compound of formula (I), where R1, R2, R3, R4, R6, R8, R12, Rd and Re represent hydrogen; R11, R13 and R14 are -Rb; R5 and R10 are -C(O)R15, where R15 represents -CX3; Rb is selected from -X and -C(O)OH; X represents halogen; and the dotted line indicates that there may be a double bond at the indicated position. The group of inventions also includes a reagent for labeling an oligonucleotide of the formula LM-L-PEP (XX), an oligonucleotide containing a tag fragment obtained by interaction of the oligonucleotide attached to a solid carrier with a reagent having the structure of the formula (XX), a method of simultaneous amplification and analysis of multiple genetic loci and a set containing oligonucleotide primers for co-amplification of a set of genetic loci. Where in formula (XX) PEP represents the phosphate ester precursor group of formula (P.1), LM represents the N-protected NH-rhodamine moiety of the molecule of formula (I), L represents the linker of formula –NH-(CH2)4-CH-(CH2-O-DMT)-CH2-O-.
