FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine and can be used for simulating a non-healing wound. A skin coat is removed from the skin of a laboratory animal in an interscapular region. In the center of the interscapular area, the skin is excised to a superficial fascia in the form of a circle with diameter of 5–7 mm to form a round wound. Two full-thickness parallel skin incisions are made, which are symmetrical to the round wound, 30 mm long, at distance of 10 mm from each other. All large vessels are completely cut off from the obtained flap. Surgical sutures are applied on the edges of the flap.
EFFECT: method improves experimental result validability.
