A confectionery semi-finished product for the preparation of fillings is proposed, which includes confectionery isomalt, cocoa powder, cocoa butter substitute, lecithin and a mixture of hydrogel obtained on the basis of an aqueous solution of sodium alginate and oleogel obtained on the basis of vegetable oil and beeswax, with the following ratio of initial components, weight percentage: a mixture of hydrogel and oleogel 24.0-27.0; confectionery isomalt 36.0; cocoa powder 33.0; cocoa butter substitute 3.0-6.0; lecithin 1.0.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a semi-finished confectionery product for the preparation of fillings and layers in order to replace fats of solid consistency and hydrogenated fats, which has easy digestibility and increased biological value, and also provides an expansion of the range of products for functional, dietary and preventive nutrition.
