FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. The waffle product contains the waffle layers executed from a flour half-finished product, and one layer located between them, at least executed from cream confectionery weight, containing powdered sugar, a fatty component, lecithin, flavouring and aromatic additives, and at least one layer executed from firm porous confectionery weight on the basis of a substitute of cocoa-oil, containing granulated sugar, emulgator, flavouring and aromatic additives.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to receive products with new consumer properties, due to possibility of layers combination, and to improve organoleptic properties of products.
