An edible product containing the specified composition, a food product containing the specified composition or an edible product, as well as a method for the production of the specified composition are also proposed.
EFFECT: group of inventions is aimed at the production of cocoa powder surrogate, which does not affect taste and color to the same extent as surrogates known in this field of technology, which additionally reduces costs in the food industry, when using cocoa, and is more economical solution for pure cocoa.
