FIELD: genetic technology and medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing conditioned medium of epidermal precursor cells originating from stem cells is proposed, including differentiation of stem cells that are not stem cells obtained from human embryos into epidermal precursor cells in differentiation medium containing ascorbic acid and hydrocortisone, then their cultivation in medium and extraction of the resulting conditioned medium of epidermal precursor cells; conditioned medium of epidermal precursor cells originating from stem cells obtained by this method, and a method for producing a protein from epidermal precursor cells originating from the specified stem cells are also proposed, where the protein includes one or more proteins selected from TSP, TIMP1, TIMP2, EDA-A2, XEDAR, Angiopoietin-1, SPARC, TMEFF1/Tomoregin-1, Nidogen-1, IGFBP-3, TRANCE and IL-15R alpha.
EFFECT: production of culture medium of skin precursor cells originating from stem cells.
