FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to controlled hand prosthesis. The prosthesis is made with the possibility of fastening on the stump of the forearm by means of a girth. The prosthesis contains movable fingers and it is equipped with a remote mechanism for controlling movements of the fingers and rotation of the hand. The fingers of the hand prosthesis are made in the form of spring-mounted links of the phalanges, equipped with mechanical rods, which are connected to remotely controlled servos of rods, and servos are located in the wrist. The remote control includes eight touch sensors of control signals, microcontrollers, a radio transmitter, a radio receiver and power sources. The sensors are located in the two-layer insole of the shoe in such a way that four of the eight sensors control the flexion of the fingers of the hand prosthesis and are embedded in the upper layer of the insole in the area of movement of the toes, and four other sensors control the rotation of the hand in the wrist and are located on each side of the lower layer of the insole in the areas of the heel and the ball of the foot. In the insole in the area of the arch of the foot there is a microcontroller, a radio transmitter and a battery that feeds them. An electric battery, a radio receiver and a microcontroller are located in the hand prosthesis, and microcontroller is connected to the servo of rods and the hand rotation mechanism by means of a multi-channel wired cable.
EFFECT: invention increases convenience of managing the prosthesis.
