FIELD: microwave radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave radio engineering, in particular to devices using magnetostatic waves. To achieve the effect in a logic device on magnetostatic waves, containing a substrate of gallium-gadolinium garnet, a microwave guide array based on yttrium iron garnet films, input and output microstrip antennas, microwave guides made in the form of elongated strips forming a lattice of layers located with gaps in a horizontal and vertical planes so that the strips in the vertical plane are located one above the other, the number of microwave guides in each horizontal and vertical layers is 31 pieces, while only the lower horizontal layer is located on the substrate, the input and output microstrip antennas are located laterally, and the input antennas are located on three central strips of microwave guides, and outlets on the opposite side on each of the strips in a vertical plane one above the other.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of logical devices based on magnetostatic waves when used in magnon and neuromorphic networks by changing the propagation front of a spin wave by changing the deflection of the external magnetic field.
