FIELD: radio equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave radio engineering, in particular to devices on magnetostatic waves, and can be used as a phase shifter. Proposed device comprises microwave ovens from iron-yttrium garnet (YIG) film with bifurcated middle part, magnetostatic input and output transducers, control elements and external magnetic field source arranged on solid parts of microwave duct. At that, the bifurcated part of the microwave guide is made in the form of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer, the input and output converters of magnetostatic waves in the form of microstrip antennas are placed on the ends of the solid parts of the microwave guide, external magnetic field is directed at a tangent to YIG film, and control elements are made in the form of means of change of magnetization of said YIG film by its local heating on bifurcated parts of microwave guide.
EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility to control frequency range and frequency band width of phase shifter by means of static magnetic field and local heating of microwave guide by laser radiation at reduction of dimensions (to micro-dimensional area) and in simplification of design.
