SUBSTANCE: apparatus relates to the food industry, namely to apparatuses for producing table salt from salt brines obtained from reservoirs by washing out halite, previously intended for storing natural gases. The apparatus for producing table salt includes a control unit 1 consisting of an electronic computer with information-transmitting and receiving buses and a control program for the apparatus for producing table salt installed thereon, a container for the salt brine 2, connected with the salt brine supply pipeline 3 via a first controlled electromagnetic valve 2.1 and with the water supply pipeline 4 via a second controlled electromagnetic valve 2.2, equipped with a salt brine density electronic control unit 2.3, connected by the first pipeline with a carbonisation unit 5 and by the second pipeline with an alkali solution addition unit 6, the outputs whereof are connected with a mixer 7.1, the output whereof is connected with the inlet of the purifier 7, and the outlet of the purifier 7 is connected with the inlet of the vacuum-stripping unit 8 and then with the inlet of the centrifuge 9, the outlet whereof is connected with the inlet of the dryer 10 and then connected with the filling and packaging unit 11, the outlet whereof is intended for sending packed table salt to a warehouse.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the electrical power consumption during manufacture of table salt.
