FIELD: powder metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to the production of aluminum-based powder for 3D printing. Al2V3 is introduced into the aluminum melt as a double master alloy in the amount of 0.43–1.41 wt.% of the total alloy mass. Spraying is carried out in an atmosphere of pure nitrogen at a pressure of 10-12 atm using a slot-type nozzle with a metal wire diameter of not more than 3 mm.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of powder alloys with the performance characteristics required for use in additive technologies is provided.
