FIELD: foundry engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry engineering. The method for manufacturing ceramic shell molds for casting according to the smelted models of turbine blades with directional and single-crystal structure includes the production of a model block to be melted, applying the front and subsequent layers of refractory suspensions to it, sprinkling each layer with granular electrocorundum, drying, removing the model, calcining, applying a refractory leveling coating with vibration to the calcined mold, drying and calcining the coated mold. A refractory leveling coating is formed from liquid-filling self-hardening mixtures that have been evacuated, including, by wt. %: a refractory filler, granular white electrocorundum 0.01-23.0, a powdered hardener, alkaline earth metal oxide 2-5 and a refractory suspension of subsequent layers is the rest. The refractory suspension of the subsequent layers contains, by wt %: highly alkaline water-colloidal binder 27-29, micro-powder of white electrocorundum fraction F360 49-51, micro-sand powder of white electrocorundum fraction F1000 or F1200-16-18, aluminum powder 4-6.

EFFECT: provides increase in the strength and thermal conductivity of the mold.
