FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopaedics, and can be used for treating aseptic necrosis of the femoral head of 1-2 stages by ARCO by tunnelling the proximal femoral bone with a cannulated drill on the wire marker to the oedema zone of the subchondral part of the femoral head. Marker wire is delivered from the trochanteric region through the femoral head into the oedema zone of the head bone tissue, towards the centre of the oedema to a depth that allows preserving the integrity of the subchondral plate. Canal is drilled with a drill-crown on the marker wire. Bone tissue is removed from the drill-crown and preserved for the final stage of the operation. Guide is inserted into the formed canal, through which the oedema centre is tunnelled while maintaining the integrity of the subchondral plate, that the formed tunnels pass in a fan-like manner through the oedema zone into the healthy bone tissue while preserving the integrity of the subchondral plate. Formed content is removed from the oedema centre. Autoplasma enriched with thrombocytes and cell growth factors is introduced into the formed tunnels. At the final stage, the canal is filled with bone tissue.

EFFECT: method provides a pathogenetic effect on the lesion by draining the affected area of the femoral head, reduction of intraosseous pressure, improvement of microcirculation in the affected area of the head and in the femoral head, stimulation of reparative processes supported by growth factors and cells contained in autoplasma preparation.
