FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for treating patients with aseptic necrosis of femoral head. Method involves arthroscopic capsulotomy of the coxofemoral joint, three-channel tunneling of a femoral head with a bone-plastic component. Beaver knife is used for anterolateral and posterolateral capsulotomy. Joint cavity with partial synovectomy is inspected, free osteochondral fragments are removed with subsequent microfracturing of cartilage defect areas. Three-channel tunneling consists of direct guide and sleeve for drill installation. Bone repair is performed by a biocomposite material - osteomatrix.
EFFECT: method provides draining the femoral head necrosis area with a low-traumatic method for the patient by multichannel femoral neck tunneling and osseomatrix bone grafting.
