FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to two variants of a method for obtaining phenylacetylene oligomers by oligomerization of phenylacetylene in the presence of a palladium complex in a dichloromethane medium at room temperature for 24 hours. According to one of the variants, the method is characterized by the fact that a palladium complex of the formula [Pd(acac)(PPh3)(PhCN)]BF4 is used as a catalyst, where acac = acetylacetonate, PhCN = benzonitrile, and the molar ratio of Ph-a:Pd is 250:1. According to the second option, a palladium complex with the formula Pd(acac)2∙TOMPP is used as a catalyst, where acac = acetylacetonate, TOMPP = tris (ortho-methoxyphenyl)phosphine, and the molar ratio of Ph-A: Pd is 250:1.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the method for producing phenylacetylene oligomers.
