SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of optical instrumentation and concerns a method for manufacturing a structured lattice. The method involves providing a catalyst on a substrate, and the catalyst has a lattice pattern. Nanostructures are grown on the catalyst to form walls and grooves based on a lattice pattern. The grooves between the walls of the nanostructures are filled using a material that absorbs X-ray radiation.
EFFECT: simplification of the method for manufacturing lattices for dark-field X-ray imaging or phase-contrast imaging.
