FIELD: container transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of container transportation and can be used in railway transport when equipping platforms with means for securing transported containers on them. The device for fastening containers to the vehicle platform according to the first embodiment includes a stop (1), made in one piece with the base, and a plate (3), on which the stop is rigidly permanently fixed, located vertically upward and perpendicular to the horizontal plane of the plate. The stop (1) is made of high-quality hot-rolled round steel. The base of the stop (1) has a cylindrical shape, and its diameter corresponds to the diameters of the cylindrical base and opposite vertical cylindrical surfaces extending from the lower horizontal plane of the base and mating with the tapered surface forming the upper part of the stop. The central axis of the tapered surface coincides with the central vertical axis of the cylindrical base and is perpendicular to the horizontal plane of the base, one of the other two opposite surfaces of the stop is made with a groove on the side of the upper plane of the base to form a step deepened into the stop between the upper plane of the base forming the bottom of the step, and a vertical flat surface parallel to the central vertical longitudinal axis of the cylindrical base, which, through a flat surface located to it at an angle of 135°, mates with a vertical flat surface parallel to the vertical longitudinal axis of the cylindrical base, which in turn mates with the conical surface of the upper part of the stop to form protrusion. The other opposite surface of the stop is made with a vertical flat surface parallel to the central longitudinal axis of the cylindrical base, which is mated on one side with the conical surface of the upper part of the stop, and on the other hand through a flat surface inclined at an angle of 150° with the upper edge of the cylindrical base. In the second version of the device, the surface forming the upper part of the stop is made pyramidal.
EFFECT: invention simplifies design, increases strength, operational reliability and durability.
