FIELD: welding equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of welding equipment, namely to a tracked welding robot for movement along a welded product and its welding. The tracked welding robot contains chassis and two tracked running gears attached to two opposite sides of chassis, respectively. Roller holders of two tracked running gears are connected to chassis with the possibility of movement. Two tracked running gears are connected to chassis by means of hinges. Hinges are attached with the possibility of rotation to the roller holder and/or chassis. Each hinge has an axis of rotation, oriented in a direction of movement of tracked running gears. A magnetic pulling device provides pulling of the robot to the welded product, and a lifting mechanism installed on chassis is made with the possibility of lifting and lowering of the magnetic pulling device.

EFFECT: when a tracked welding robot moves along a welded surface, a shape of which differs from a plane, two tracked running gears can randomly adjust their position relatively to chassis for adaptation to the shape of the welded surface and improve a degree of adjacency of two tracked running gears to the welded surface, which facilitates control of a direction of movement of the tracked welding robot and reduces a probability of slipping or falling of the tracked welding robot from the welded surface.
