SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a microorganism of the genus Corynebacterium for producing L-amino acid, where the L-amino acid is L-lysine or L-arginine, which expresses a membrane protein with SEQ ID NO: 1, originating from Shewanella atlantica, or a membrane protein originating from the genus Shewanella, having sequence homology of at least 90% or more with this protein. Also disclosed is a method of producing L-amino acid, where L-amino acid is L-lysine or L-arginine, using said microorganism of genus Corynebacterium.

EFFECT: invention provides increased production of L-lysine and L-arginine.
