SUBSTANCE: microorganism of Corynebacterium genus is proposed for the production of branched-chain L-amino acids, containing a polynucleotide sequence represented by X–Z–Y–Z′, where X is SEQ ID NO: 1 or a sequence homologous to it by 95% or more, Y is a transposon consisting of SEQ ID NO: 3, Z represents the sequence 0 to 11 of the sequence position SEQ ID NO: 5, and Z' is the sequence from position 12 of SEQ ID NO: 5 to 188 sequence positions SEQ ID NO: 5, Z-Z' represents SEQ ID NO: 5 or a sequence homologous to it by 95% or more. Also the following is proposed: a composition for producing branched-chain L-amino acids containing a polynucleotide sequence, and a method of producing branched-chain L-amino acids including cultivating the said microorganism.

EFFECT: invention provides effective production of branched-chain L-amino acids.
