SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an oral thin film containing at least one cellulose derivative and at least one pharmacologically active substance, wherein at least one pharmacologically active substance has water solubility of at most 50 g/l at 20°C and a pH value of 6 to 7, and is contained in an oral thin film in an amount of at least 20% by weight, based on the total weight of the oral thin film, and at least one cellulose derivative contains a mixture of two hydroxypropylmethylcelluloses with different viscosity values from 3 to 50 MPa∙s. The invention also relates to the method for its preparation and its use as a medicinal product.
