SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering, in particular to the design of devices for mixing materials and/or kneading and conveying devices. A dissolver for kneading and conveying devices is described, containing a cylindrical reactor with a jacket and a rotating element for mixing the solution located in the reactor, a loading unit for mixed components, a gas supply and discharge unit located in the upper part of the dissolver, a discharge unit for the target product, a control unit, while the loading unit for mixed components is located in the upper part of the dissolver, the discharge unit for the target product is located in its lower part and is made in the form of a pump and a screw device installed in series, in this case, the dissolver is installed horizontally, the rotating element consists of a horizontal shaft and blades located on it, made in form of a disk and fixed with a detachable connection on its periphery at least four kneading bars located at an angle to the axis of the dissolver, while a gap is provided between the inner cylindrical surface of the dissolver and the kneading bars, forming the smearing of the product and a layer on the inner cylindrical surface of the dissolver.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to expand the operational capabilities and reduce the material consumption of the installation by mixing the solution in a thin layer of the mixed components with the regulation of their composition in the area of the discharge unit due to the movement of the rotating elements of the dissolver.
