FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to high-voltage electrical equipment engineering and can be used in the development of high-voltage generator switches. The generator hybrid switch, high-voltage, built into the shielding current line, contains the main current line with disconnectors separating the generator switch from the generator on the one hand and from the network that the generator feeds, on the other hand, the main contacts, arc-extinguishing contacts, earthing devices, a control system with a starting unit and current sensors. A voltage sensor and two current lines are connected to the main current line in parallel to the main contacts. The first current line contains a vacuum arc-extinguishing chamber and a current sensor connected in series. The second current line according to the first version contains a vacuum controlled spark gap and a current sensor. According to the second version, the second current line contains a thyristor assembly and a current sensor. The outputs of all current sensors of the generator hybrid switch are connected to the inputs of the control system, providing control of the drives. On the main current line, a current-limiting fuse is connected in series with the main contacts, which includes an additional autonomous control system that operates at an instantaneous current value of the generator hybrid switch exceeding the pre-set value of the work current. An additional autonomous control system is connected to an additional current sensor installed on the main current line and located under its potential.
EFFECT: increase in the resource and reliability of the generator hybrid switch.
