SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering, and more specifically to devices for determining the wear of friction clutch linings of a car. The device for determining the wear of the clutch friction linings with the friction clutch control drive contains an executive hydraulic cylinder with an adjustable bar with a tooth installed on it. The width of the tooth corresponds to the maximum permissible structurally specified value of the wear of the friction linings. The tooth is made in the form of a block of parallel fixed reed switches, which form a signal circuit. The clutch release fork is made with a permanent magnet attached to its end.
EFFECT: invention increases reliability of information.
