FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to diagnose minimal residual disease (MRD) or minimal residual disease (MRD, Minimal residual diseases) — a population of tumor cells remaining in the body after achieving clinical and hematological remission (the number of blast cells in the myelogram is less than 5 %) and acute leukemia. A method of diagnosing oncological diseases of the blood is proposed, which is conducting a microscopic analysis of smears of peripheral blood to determine the blood formula; conducting microscopic analysis of bone marrow smears to obtain images of bone marrow cells, recognizing bone marrow cells by comparing them with exemplary cell images and building a myelogram; performing bone marrow analysis using cytochemical marker reactions for granulocytic and monocytic hematopoiesis and immunophenotypic studies using laser flow cytofluorometry, which uses a set of diagnostic antibodies to determine the direction of cell differentiation and establish the stage of blast maturation and compare the results of bone marrow microscopic analysis, formulas blood and myelograms with the results of previously performed studies stored in the database for the diagnosis of the disease.
EFFECT: invention improves the accuracy of detecting and diagnosing a blood cancer.
