SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the cosmetic industry and medicine, specifically to an injectable hyaluronic acid composition for use in cosmetic or therapeutic uses, containing hyaluronic acid derivatives with a cross-linking ratio of 0.1 to 200 % and a DNA fraction in amount of 0.1 to 50 wt. % in terms of total weight of composition, where hyaluronic acid derivatives with a cross-linking ratio of 0.1 to 200 % are obtained using a cross-linking agent containing two or more epoxy functional groups, and also relates to a method for producing an injectable hyaluronic acid composition, a composition for supplementing biological tissue, a subcutaneous injectable excipient, a composition for treating dry eye syndrome.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides preparing an injectable composition exhibiting excellent elasticity and extrusion power, wherein the composition exhibits resistance to enzyme action.
