FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and combustiology. It can be applied for determination of readiness of burn wounds for autodermoplasty. To predict the readiness of the burn wound to receive the skin flap, wound discharge from the wound surface is examined and the level of fibrinogen and total protein is assessed, and then ratio coefficient is calculated by disclosed mathematical formula. If coefficient is 0.4 or less, the autodermoplasty conditions are considered to be favourable, while coefficient exceeding 0.4 shows the unfavourable conditions.

EFFECT: method is non-invasive, increases efficiency of surgical treatment of burn wounds, reduces number of complications related to rejection of skin flap.
