FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to clinical and experimental traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to research the effectiveness of the influence of a biocomposite material and an immunostimulator on the processes of bone tissue regeneration and the body of an experimental animal as a whole during treatment of an open fracture in an experiment. The method includes forming an open bone fracture in an experimental model and performing intramedullary osteosynthesis. An open bone fracture is formed from a mini-access. Transverse osteotomy of the femoral diaphysis is performed until cutting completely. After the model of an open fracture is formed, retroantegrade intramedullary osteosynthesis is performed. The biocomposite preparation is then placed in the space between the bone fragments during reposition. The excess of the pin protruding in the area of the greater trochanter is cut flush with the bone and covered with skin. An immunostimulator is additionally used for treatment for 5 days immediately after surgery.
EFFECT: method provides a possibility of simulating identical fractures in all experimental animals in the same way and objectively assessing the influence of preparations on the regeneration processes due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
