FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processes of assembling of railway rail-and-sleeper section effected at special mobile assembly bases. The method of increasing the quality of railway rail-and-sleeper section consists in that the concrete sleepers, sleeper contact bars, base plates, tie plates and rails are arranged on the assembly rig according to orthographic epure. Then, the blind and terminal bolts are fitted into the aforesaid section being assembled and tightened by motor screwdriver. After laying the concrete sleepers on the completing bay conveyor, all track-forming sizes of the concrete sleepers and metal base plates are measured by accepted metal tape-lines, rulers and patterns and the sleepers with sizes falling beyond track-forming size tolerances are culled. Then, sleeper contact bars, base plates, blind bolts with double-coil washers and nuts are fitted into the sleepers meeting specifications and tightened by motor screwdriver to a 15 to 18 kg-m torque. Now the beams are moved over to the mechanical processing and final processing bay.
EFFECT: high-quality railway section with a maximum possible track accuracy and minimum departure of the track parameters from tolerances, provision of designed interaction between the track and rolling stock with minimum overloads and overstrains at rails and wheels.
